VITAMINS, SUPPLEMENTS, HERBS

Often the foods that we eat are not enough to give us the proper nutrition we need on a daily basis. Because of pollution, toxins and chemicals all around us, the foods we eat are not always as nutritious as they could be. Therefore, we need to supplement them with vitamins, minerals, herbs and sometimes medicine. How to know what YOU need is tricky, but again, there is information available and there are numerous doctors, alternative medical doctors, herbalists, naturopaths and the like who can guide you to get the maximum benefit for your body. We ALL need to supplement our foods in some way and it is advisable to so the homework for YOUR particular internal functions.

There are many, many options and choices, and HELP is out there; it is very important to find what works for you and what you NEED in order to remain healthy, or at least, give it your best shot!

BALANCE

This is the MAGIC word! This is the KEY to all-around health—emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally. I AM NOT A DOCTOR. I AM a certified Chinese Herbalist, massage therapist, and I have studied diet and nutrition extensively and have counseled many people on health issues ranging from HEALTHY to unhealthy. I have worked with people with multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, cancer, deficiencies in many areas, colds, flu-- a host of illnesses. And OFTEN, when all of the systems are working together and if a person WANTS to heal, it is POSSIBLE. I believe that, for the most part, we create our own reality and we get to choose what we focus on and where we put our attention.

BALANCE is crucial to a healthy body/mind connection. We get to choose every moment of every day, how we will BE on this planet. It is very challenging to choose “yes” instead of “no,” to choose a path of health rather than of the opposite. We have MANY tools available to us—many of them FREE. It is in our power and consciousness to take responsibility for our own lives and to do the foot work. If you want it enough, it is YOURS! We are on this planet for a SHORT time, in the scheme of things. I want to choose to be healthy and feel good every step of the way. It is YOURS to choose, too.
